These Terms of Service govern use of PointClickCards.com and purchases from PointClickCards. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted policies.

Collectibles and product information

Trading cards and memorabilia are collectible items whose condition, scarcity and market value can be subjective and may change. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, serial-number information and authentication details. Photographs of individually listed collectibles show the actual item unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

Third-party grading and authentication remain the opinions and services of the named grading or authentication company. PointClickCards reviews listing information but does not replace or independently guarantee a third party’s certification beyond accurately representing the information available to us.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment authorization and fraud review. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment when an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If a paid order is cancelled before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Pricing and listing errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory or listing errors. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you with an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Sales are final except for damage, receipt of the wrong item, or a material listing error, as explained in our Return Policy.

Consignment

Submitting a consignment application does not create a consignment relationship or require PointClickCards to accept an item. Accepted consignments are governed by a separate written consignment agreement.

Site content

Site text, branding, photography and other content owned by PointClickCards may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PointClickCards is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or changes in collectible market value. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
